Statement of Need Zimmer Hip and Knee Instrument Trays The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a brand name or equal requirement for Zimmer Biomet Hip and Knee Instrument Trays. Delivery of the brand name or equal Zimmer Biomet Hip and Knee Instrument Trays, will be utilized by Orthopedic Surgeons for hip and knee surgery shall be within thirty (30) days from the time of award. The Arthrex Hip Arthroscope and accessories shall be delivered to the Lebanon VAMC located at 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042; Attn; Warehouse, Biomed will conduct their inspection before delivery to SPS.
