THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Intelligent Hearing Systems – DUET This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Brand Name—Intelligent Hearing Systems Duet system, for the Lebanon VA Medical Center located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about June 13th, 2025. The solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334510. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package, other pertinent information, and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Brand Name Only: Duet by Intelligent Hearing Systems The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking quotations for the procurement of a Duet EP/OAE to enhance its auditory diagnostic capabilities. This acquisition aims to support VA audiologists and clinicians in their efforts to improve Veteran care. All offerors must provide a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming the offeror’s status as an authorized reseller, distributor, or partner of the OEM. This letter should be on the OEM’s official letterhead and confirm that the offeror is authorized to sell, support, and provide warranty services for the equipment. Important Note: Any quotation that does not include a valid Letter of Authorization will be automatically eliminated from consideration. This requirement ensures that all equipment offered is genuine and that the VA will receive appropriate support and service. Interested offerors should submit their quotations by June 20th, 2025 at 16:30 hours (4:30 pm) EST to Contract Specialist, Nathan Lohr, at nathan.lohr@va.gov.
