The Lebanon VA Medical Center laboratory requires lifecycle replacement of (7) seven Abbott iSTAT analyzers. Brand name required description and part: 7x 5 GHz i-STAT Wireless Analyzer (03P75-07) 7x i-STAT rechargeable power pack (06F23-55) Quotations without a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer will be eliminated. All potential offerors must download their own copy of the RFQ package, which will only be available on this site. The RFQ package must be returned to the Contract Specialist before 13 June 2025 at 16:00 hours EST. Please be advised that failure to submit required FAR compliance certificates, as stipulated in the RFQ, may result in elimination.

The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about May 23rd, 2025. The full solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package, other pertinent information, and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
