THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Wilkes-Barre VAMC This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide As Needed Histology/Cytology Lab Testing Services. This requirement is for the Wilkes-Barre VAMC located in Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about June 20, 2025. The full solicitation will be a Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 621511 Medical Laboratories, the size standard is $36.5mil. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
