The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a new Brand Name Only requirement for one (1) Interacoustics Eclipse ABR EP25 (8510949), Labtop (8506058), OtoAccess Database (8517470), one (1) Verifit VF-2 (8531954), and one (1) Audioscan Noah Module (8521199) within our audiology clinic. The Eclipse EP25 is an additional unit, and the Verifit VF-2 is replacement for the current unit at end of lifecycle.
