The Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center in Wilkes Barre, PA 187110, may have a need for one (1) Transonic HD03 Hemodialysis Monitor that will replace the current Transonic HD03 Hemodialysis Monitor nearing the end of life expectancy, this would be a brand name only procurement.
