THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Wilkes-Barre VAMC Courier Service This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide RMD SPS Courier Services. This requirement is for the Wilkes-Barre VAMC located in Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about March 4, 2025. The full solicitation will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 492110 Courier and Express Delivery Services; the size standard is 1,500 employees. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
