SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Contract is to have one five-year IDIQ contract for Ambulance / Wheelchair Transportation Services to transport beneficiaries throughout the Pennsylvania nine-county area in South Central Pennsylvania covering, Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill, and York counties area. The Contractor agrees to provide services, 24-hours per day, seven days per week, (to include all federal holidays) for all VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) Lebanon VAMC beneficiaries for all of the following VAPHS locations:
