With such, the date for responses has been extended to 12/11/2024 by 12:00 PM EST. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a Brand Name requirement for a NovaSure Endometrial Ablation System and Fluent Fluid Management System. Scope of Work: To obtain one (1) NovaSure Ablation RF Controller Model 10, Model# RFC2010-115, one (1) Fluent Fluid Management System Model #FLT-100, one (1) Myosure Device Model #10-403FC, and one (1) Fluent Disposable Pack Model #FLT-112. Salient Characteristics: The following items are required with the NovaSure system: one sterile, single-patient use NovaSure disposable device with connecting cord, one NovaSure RF controller, one NovaSure foot switch, one NovaSure AC power cord, one NovaSure non-sterile suction line desiccant assembly, and one NovaSure CO2 canister. Ammended- the following trade-ins are being added to the solicitation: CLIN 0005- Trade-in Hologic- Aquilex Value of $1,000.00 and CLIN 0006 Trade-in RFC9 Controller Value of $1,000.00.

Network 4 Contracting Office intends to solicit quotes from offerors to provide Fluent System RF Controller.  The procurement will be solicited for 7 days. NAICS Code 339112 applies with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition will be conducted using the procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13, Comparative Evaluation. The solicitation document will be available on or after DATE.
