Presolicitation: This is a presolicitation for commercial AUTOPSY ASSISTANT (DIENER) SERVICES prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24425Q0005 and it is issued as a Request for Proposals. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Act. The NAICS code is 621511. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2. Offerors shall ensure quotes are in specific accordance with the requirements of the solicitation; both technical and personnel, the Instructions to Offerors on page 33 consideration and eligibility of award.
