INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4)intends to sole source a contract under FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency for Specialized Services and Testing for Anatomic Pathology and Cytology Specimens. This is for Wilkes-Barre (WBVAMC) Medical Center, 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. All work is to be completed in accordance with performance work statement. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511 Medical Laboratories. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $41.5 Million. No solicitation will be made available. This is not a request for quotations.
