Amendment A0002 to 36C24425B0014 The contractor shall provide all, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for construction of a project described here along with other specified tasks as further defined in a request for proposal (RFP) for Replace Boiler Safety Valves Fittings No. 562-25-207. The project shall be completed in accordance with current VA guidelines, EPA requirements, VA Specifications and developed specifically to meet local requirements for the Erie VA Medical Center in Erie PA. The resultant contract of this procurement is to provide required completion of the referenced project and perform construction.

Department of Veterans Affairs | Erie VAMC Replace Boiler Safety Valves Fittings| 562-25-207 The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Construction Services related to Replace Boiler Safety Valves Fittings for the Erie VAMC located at 135 East 38th Street Boulevard, PA 16504. All construction must be in compliance with applicable codes, VA policy/standards, and the terms of this contract. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for construction of the project as specified in the drawings and specifications. The period of performance is 60 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available at https://SAM.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on this website. All parties must obtain solicitation documents and amendments to the solicitation through the web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. Interested parties must go to the https://SAM.gov web site to be entered on the Interested Vendors Mailing List and to obtain copies of the Interested Vendors Mailing List. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to frequently check the website for all notices, amendments, etc., regarding this solicitation. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 14. This project is being solicited as a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, providing SDVOSBs the opportunity to bid. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a business size standard of $45 million in annual receipts for the past three years. The Magnitude of Construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation issue date will be on or around May 22nd, 2025.
