The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, located at 1111 E End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711, has a Brand Name requirement for 45 Midmark medical examination tables. The following items are required: MIDMARK Model 626-005 with Upholstery Top - 35 (quantity) MIDMARK - Model number 626-006 with Upholstery Top - 8 MIDMARK - Model 244-001 with Upholstery Top - 1 MIDMARK - Model 630-010 with Upholstery Top - 1 MIDMARK Rails, Extra Set for Model 630-010 - 1 Standard Accessories for all tables 45 The following Services are required: Delivery, set-up, and installation of exam tables in each designated facility If your organization is interested in this future acquisition, please review, complete, and return the attached document to the contracting POC.
