THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lebanon, PA is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small or emerging small business firms to set aside a single award contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The contractor shall be responsible to train Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and certify up to 35 personnel who will volunteer to be Peer Crisis Specialists. Contractor shall provide a three-day on-site training and is responsible for their own travel and lodging. The location of the training is at the Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Lebanon, PA. The anticipated period of performance is anticipated to be one (1) job for a training service.
