This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owen Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a BPA. The VISN 4 VA Medical Center is seeking one, five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Court Reporting (Stenography) for the nine stations described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for VISN 4. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the SOW, Attachment A. The VISN 4 intends to award one Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 5-year period of performance with the approximate start date of 1 November 2023.
