Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for Infrared Camera Equipment as per the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at 3900 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
