Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042 The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13.
