This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24423Q0830. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 effective 01 December 2022, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The Government reserves the right to make split awards as a result of this solicitation. The NAICS Code is 516210 Media Streaming Distribution Services, Social Networks, and Other Medica Networks and Content Providers and Product Service Code (PSC) is DG11 IT and Telecom Network: Telecom Access Services, and the business size standard is 1500 Employees. The Pittsburgh, PA Contracting Office is seeking Cable and Internet Services to support the Altoona VA Medical Center. The Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided.
