PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Lebanon VAMC Howard Hi Care E Plus Workstations This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide BRAND NAME ONLY Howard HI Care E Plus Workstations for the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.beta.sam.gov on or about April 27, 2023. The full solicitation will be an 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334118, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. There is a waiver to the Non-Manufacturer Rule for NAICS 334118. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
