The James E. Van Zandt (Altoona) VA Medical Center, located at 2907 Pleasant Valley Road, Altoona, PA 16602, has a requirement for off-site warehouse storage space for supplies (both medical and non-medical), equipment, turn- ins, and furniture storage. The space offered shall be in a quality building of sound and substantial construction meeting the Government’s requirements for the intended use. The Altoona VA Medical Center has a need for a minimum of 3,000 square feet of warehouse storage space, on one level with secured access. The warehouse space shall be a temperature controlled, active fire protected/sprinklered building with access to a loading dock entrance. The space shall be located within 10 miles of the James E. Van Zandt (Altoona) VA Medical Center for easy access. The location shall be ready for VA occupancy no later than May 20, 2023.
