Automatic Manual Flexion Elevation Chiropractic Tables for VA Medical Center Butler, PA Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential businesses, especially any Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) offerors capable of providing Elite Automatic Manual Flexion Elevation Chiropractic Tables as listed in the below General Requirements utilizing NAICS Code 339112. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be submitted via e-mail at ronald.kline@va.gov. Information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language. Responses are due by 12:00 pm (EST) on Friday, March 31, 2023. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Chiropractic tables will have the following requirements, as a Brand Name or Equal to the Elite Automatic Manual Flexion Elevation Chiropractic Tables The table must include the ability for multiple positions for patient comfort and clinician ergonomics. The table will have full range of motion and Flexion Distraction to treat spinal stenosis, neuroforaminal stenosis, facet arthrosis, lumbar disc herniation, and sciatica. The table must have a multi-direction cervical headpiece to promote the range of treatment strategies to manage conditions such as cervical facet arthrosis, cervical radiculopathy, and cervical disc herniation. The table design must allow for maximizing clinician ergonomics and safety in delivery of various manual procedures. This includes electronic elevation of the table. The table must permit the clinician to apply and deliver a variety of manual therapies with force parameters in a controlled manner compared to other designs thereby ensuring patient safety. Delivery must occur at the loading dock at VA Butler located at 353 North Duffy Road, Butler, PA 16001. The exact delivery date to be coordinated between the awarded vendor and the responsible staff at VA Butler VA Health Care System. Standard working hours at VA Butler s delivery dock are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This RFI will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.
