THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Brand Name or Equal Heat on Demand N&FS Carts and Accessories This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to Heat on Demand N&FS Carts and Accessories for the Wilkes-Barre VAMC at 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.beta.sam.gov on or about February 28th, 2023. The full solicitation will be a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 332215 Metal Kitchen Cookware, Utensil, Cutlery, and Flatware (except Precious) Manufacturing; the size standard is 1000 employees. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at Victoria.Droz@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
