The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 4, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4), is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of meeting the following minimum requirements and salient characteristics below for brand name or equal Stirrups and Clamps located in the VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA. STATEMENT OF WORK Statement of Need for: Stirrups and Clamps Introduction The Ambulatory Surgery Clinic, at the James E. Van Zandt Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley BLVD, Altoona, PA 16602 has a brand name or equal need for Great White Maxima Stirrups & Springloc Clamps to aid in Surgical Procedures. Justification: The project shall require brand name or equal to the Great White Maxima Stirrups & Springloc Clamps to be delivered to the James E. Van Zandt Medical Center. This product is designed to aid hospitals in providing patient care by way of patient positioning products primarily used for procedures involving the perineum, pelvic organs, rectum and genitalia.
