The Department of Veteran Affairs will compete this requirement as 36C24423Q0493_1 to deliver at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center, University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote constitutes the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government using procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 13.
