Tentative Statement of Work - VISN4 Lab Testing Validation of Records Background: The Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) at the Philadelphia VAMC purchased the ABSCIEX- LCMS system provide upgrade drug confirmations and to expand testing capabilities. The laboratory requires specialized services to bring this highly specialized, highly complex system up and go live with testing on the platform Scope: Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service wishes to obtain a onetime task order to procure validation Services, parts, electronic records, and technical documentation Objectives: The services will allow the laboratory to expand its testing capabilities including modernizing the drug testing in house. Tasks: Requirements to meet the needs of P&LMS: 1 Onsite validation: Data collection, processing, and interpretation.
