The solicitation number is 36C24423Q0227 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 339114 with a size standard of 750 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable IAW the attached solicitation document instructions. The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center s Dental department currently has a need to replace the existing Brand Name Only - A-DEC 511 Dental Chairs, Delivery Systems, and accessories to be used in ten existing operatories. The existing equipment is used daily and have non- operating/non repairable parts that are used heavily and are breaking down.
