DESCRIPTION This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 04, 100 S. Independence Mall W. 5th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106 is seeking to purchase the Delivery of Brand Name HemoSphere Advanced Monitoring Platform, salient characteristics are specified in the Statement of Need (SON), Paragraph 3.1, for the VA Pittsburgh.
