Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice *= Required Field Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract award to CE Power Engineered Services, LLC, 4040 Rev Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45232. This requirement is to provide specialized testing and maintenance service for the electrical distribution system from the high-voltage transformers, gas switches electrical sub-station, switchgear, backup generator distribution systems, and the branch panel distribution systems. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by November 14th, 2022 10:00 AM EST (EST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to don.caldwell@va.gov and April.stanch@va.gov . Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
