PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE BACKGROUND The Department of Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Pennsylvania for the Monroeville Community Based Outpatient Clinic has a brand name or equal requirement purchase for four each Uninterruptable Power Supplies. This equipment will be utilized for the server blade rooms. Quantity Mfg. Part # Description 4 SU5KRT3UHV Uninterruptable Power Supply DELIVERY AND SHIPPMENT: Delivery Address: Monroeville CBOC located at 421 Mall Circle Drive, Monroeville Pa, 15146 The delivery date is no earlier than February 1, 2023: the VA will not be responsible for any storage fees associated with this purchase. The station will coordinate an earlier date if possible and arrange delivery. Normal business hours for acceptance of deliveries are 07:00am-15:30pm, Monday thru Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Deliveries must be coordinated in advance with the COR once a ship date is established. All items included in the requirement shall be shipped and delivered to site at same time. If deliveries must be broken into several shipments due to size, this must be coordinated in advance with the COR. Failure to coordinate shipment with COR, may result in failure to deliver on site and cause re-scheduling of delivery/freight at no charge to the government. The packing slip must include the VA-issued purchase order number. Therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. The Pittsburgh VA Medical Center requires the delivery of 4 (Four) Uninterruptable Power Supplies for our server blade rooms. The Uninterruptable Power Supply will be used for the IT Rooms at the new facility to maintain consistent power supply to the server blade in case of power outages.
