DESCRIPTION This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 04, 100 S. Independence Mall W. 5th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106 is seeking to purchase the Delivery of Brand Name Only Olympus BX46 Ergonomic Pathology Imaging Systems W/ DP28 4K Display Camera salient characteristics are specified in the Statement of Need (SON), Paragraph 3.4, for the Wilkes-Barre VAMC.
