The solicitation number is 36C24423Q0102 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable IAW the attached solicitation document instructions. The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) Audiology Department currently has a need for (2) additional Brand Name Only - Madsen Cappella² otoacoustic devices (OAE) which operate off the existing Otometrics OTOsuite software and hardware. We currently use the Aurical, Aurical OTO Cam, and the Madsen Astera 2 audiometers which are three other components sharing the OTOsuite software.
