Additiona... QUESTIONS: In the Notice page 4, statement 5 mentions, that there is a list of the clinical labs at VISN 4 that will be acquiring equipment. Would you be able to send us a copy of that list? Additionally, is there also estimated volumes for those facilities?  ANSWERS: 5.             Equipment shall be acquired for each of the clinical laboratories at the VISN 04 facilities listed below: Altoona, Erie, and Wilmington only need one instrument (based on the experience with Becton Dickinson Bactec). Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and WilkesBarre all need two instruments (based on the experience with Becton Dickinson Bactec). This is listed on the 2 tab of the attached IGCE.
