The solicitation number is 36C24423Q0044 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 334510 with a size standard of 1250 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable IAW the attached solicitation document instructions. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) requires a Brand Name Only TOPCON KR-800 Auto Kerato-Refractometer is to be used in the VA Monroeville CBOC outpatient eye clinic for taking different eye measurements. Testing will include Rotary Prism Autorefraction, Keratometry, Auto Measure, Control Lever, and EMR Connectivity. These items will be delivered to our new state of the art VA Pittsburgh Outpatient Clinic facility located at VA CBOC Monroeville 421 Mall Circle Drive Monroeville, Pa 15146 as per the attached RFQ document.
