Can either one submit as prime? The prime for this contract shall be NAICS 541330 as this is an engineering heavy contract. 2.Submission instructions state 5 projects in SF 330 format. Do you also want resumes and other parts of the SF 330? Please complete all aspects of the SF 330 and not just the past performance part. 3.Will site visits be permitted prior to submission to better identify a boiler controls subject matter expert vendor partner? If not, may we request drawings and equipment schedules? Site visits will not be held at this time. A site visit will be held after selection of the most qualified vendor. 4.Will the SME vendor be allowed to bid on the project post-award? Yes the SME Vendor can bid on the project during post award period as well as during the construction contract.
