The successful Contractor will be required to deliver a fully assembled Kubota Model BX23S or equivalent model of another brand of tractor with comparable backhoe and front loader attachments installed. Delivery will be made to the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center. The complete solicitation with a detailed description of the required brand name or equal equipment will be released on or about September 17, 2022.
