The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) located at University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240, 1010 Delafield Road, Aspinwall, PA 15215, and their Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties in PA and Belmont County, OH is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); (3) Small or emerging small business firms (SB or other); or (4) large business (LB) firms to set aside a single award five year contract for wheelchair van transportation services. The VAPHS is seeking a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Taxi Transportation Services to transport eligible beneficiaries throughout the Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia tri-state area. The Contractor shall provide ground transportation services, 24-hours per day, seven days per week, (to include all federal holidays). See attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).
