Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 04 facilities are seeking a fully licensed courier vendor to provide transportation services. The vendor will provide pickup and delivery for various locations within Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 04, which is represented throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Ohio, State of Delaware, and State of New Jersey as listed in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). VISN 04 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); (3) Small or emerging small business firms (SB or other); or (4) large business (LB) firms to set aside a single award for a five-year contract for these services. The anticipated period of performance is to start December 1, 2022, for a total of five years.
