THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Laerdal Training Nurse Manikins This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Signage to the Wilkesbarre VAMC located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.beta.sam.gov on or about August 19, 2022. The full solicitation will be an Unrestricted Full and Open competition.
