The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to perform a firm fixed price contract for the procurement of virtual pharmacology continuing education services for nurse practitioners for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz (Philadelphia) VA Medical Center (CMCVAMC), 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104: DRAFT REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION (NOT COMPREHENSIVE) The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz (Philadelphia) VA Medical Center (CMCVAMC) is seeking to procure a contract for virtual pharmacology continuing education services for nurse practitioners to cover a base year and four one-year option periods. DESCRIPTION The contractor shall provide virtual pharmacology continuing education services for the CMCVAMC s nurse practitioners via a 2-day/16-hour virtual pharmacology course in accordance with this statement of work. The contractor shall also provide continuing education credits (CEUs), as accomplished, to participants. The contractor shall furnish all faculty and course materials necessary to perform the requirements in accordance with this statement of work. The CMCVAMC shall provide classroom/lecture facilities, LCD projector, and any necessary audiovisual equipment. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Corporal Michael J.
