Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Butterfly iQ Ultrasound Probe PURPOSE This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. All interested offerors are requested to read the below requirements. No responses are requested by this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center of issues this notice with the intent of giving an opportunity to all interested parties to appropriately prepare for the anticipated Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ will be an SDVOSB Set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515. This is not a request for quotation; this is for pre-solicitation / synopsize of the proposed contract action. No award will be made on the basis of responses received to this notice. BACKGROUND The Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center has a requirement for a (Brand Name) Butterfly iQ Ultrasound Probes. Accordingly, the Department of Veterans Affairs plans the issuance of the following solicitation (RFQ): RFQ Title: Butterfly iQ Ultrasound Probe RFQ issuance date: July 8, 2022. RFQ issuance method: The solicitation will be posted on the website of the beta.sam.gov at SAM.gov | Search and under the Business Opportunities section. The awardee will be required to speak, write and correspond in English Language. RFQ response date: July 15, 2022. Award date: July 25, 2022, or sooner. Award procedures: In accordance with FAR 13.106-3 Place of performance: Lebanon, PA 17042 Special contract requirements: The Contractor shall possess all permits, licenses, and any other appointments required for the prosecution of work under this contract. Interested parties are reminded that information furnished hereunder may be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Therefore, all items that are confidential to business, or contain trade secrets, proprietary, or personnel information must be clearly marked.
