Statement of Need Zoll AED 3 BLS VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System has a requirement for 10 (ten) Brand Name Zoll AED 3 BLS Hospital Packages, with battery pack 10 Pedi-padz II pediatric Multi-Function Electrodes, 10 CPS-Dpadz one piece electrode pad with Real CPR Help and 10 Standard Surface wall cabinet with alarm. These items will be delivered to our new state of the art VA Pittsburgh Outpatient Clinic facility located at VA CBOC Monroeville 421 Mall Circle Drive Monroeville, Pa 15146.
