This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24422Q0744 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The applicable NAICS code is 334510. The Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System at University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15042, has a brand name only requirement for Laerdal RQI Carts. A copy of the solicitation is attached. Quotes are to be submitted FOB destination Only, with delivery to the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center.
