The purpose of this market research is to identify capable sources that are both experienced and qualified to provide rotary microtome per statement of need. Technical Data and Documentation: Companies are invited to provide their equipment specifications, warranty information, and manufacturer details. Ancillary add-on features necessary to operate the rotary microtome, to include foot switch and power cord, are also required. It is the intent of the Erie PA VA Medical Center to purchase one automated rotary microtomes to use in the preparation of tissue samples obtained from Veteran patients. This preparation is necessary to produce diagnostic slides for review by P&LMS Pathologists for diagnostic purposes.
