A new solicitation is being submitted for a new scullery lease contract to provide more economical and efficient scullery operations. Lease-purchase analysis indicates that leasing is significantly more advantageous to the government in comparison with the cost of ownership throughout the life span of the machines. Leasing is for a five-year lease term. Includes all maintenance, parts, and labor for the duration of the contract.
