Any vendor desiring to be considered for award MUST be verified as a SDVOSB in the Vender Information Pages (VIP) database of https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/, both at the time of quotation submittal and at time of award. Description: VISN 4 MEDICAL GRADE BULK LIQUID OXYGEN. Contractor will provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary for the delivery of Medical Grade Bulk Oxygen and Tank/Cylinder Rental for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 Medical Centers. The contractor shall be responsible for supplying medical grade bulk liquid oxygen and contractor owned bulk oxygen tanks, if required by the facility. A comprehensive list of actual requirements is included in the Statement of Work and Schedule of Supplies within the solicitation. Quoters are prohibited from having verbal exchanges with the COR/POC or other VA staff members regarding the solicitation and any technical questions. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and will be answered via solicitation amendment and only these questions will be deemed official. Verbal exchanges at the site visit do not constitute a change to this solicitation and only amendments constitute a change.
