Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 4 The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a requirement for support services to VAPHS Interior Design team. Services shall include furniture installation and removal to support area furniture and related equipment reconfiguration projects. Projects support services shall vary based on VAPHS needs. The Contractor shall pull government owned inventory, deliver, install, and reconfigure existing inventory at all both VAPHS main campuses at University Drive, in Oakland, PA, and H.J. Heinz, in Aspinwall, PA, and VAPHS leased spaces within a 60-mile radius. VAPHS is seeking an indefinite quantity contract for one (1) year from date of award with four (4) one-year options periods. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek capable and responsible sources interested in providing this service. This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI/Sources Sought) in which the data collected will be used for market research purposes only. Responses will assist the Government with developing its acquisition strategy to include socio-economic set-asides. The Government is not taking questions at this time, however, if you identify ambiguities or have concerns about anything in the draft SOW, please include them with your response. If you have a GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract that s within scope of this effort, please identify the contract number. All SDVOSB and VOSB firms that respond shall include proof of CVE certification via www.vip.vetbiz.gov. All small business firms that respond shall include proof of small business status via their Representations and Certifications in accordance with (FAR 4.1102 Policy). SDVOSB/VOSBs must be willing to sign a new clause on subcontracting rules. While SDVOSB/VOSB contractors are preferred, all capable contractors are welcome to respond to this Sources Sought notice. All respondents shall include as part of their response a brief capability statement that covers the information in the attached Draft Statement of Work. VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses.
