Philadelphia VAMC Sewer Line Repair The sewer line is leaking in the crawl space adjacent to the mechanical room in the sub-basement of Building 2. The sewer line is approximately 20 feet above ground level and will require an elevated work platform, most likely scaffolding This installation should take place within 120 days of award unless otherwise specified. The selected vendor/contractor to provide all equipment, labor, and materials to replace the leaking sewer line. The sewer line is 5-inch cast iron pipe. The section that needs replaced is approximately 50 linear feet. The repair will tie into the existing sewer lines. Contractor will replace all fittings with new fittings and install new hangers, as required by code. Site visit to be scheduled for March 1st 2020 @2:00PM
