THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS Codonics Safe Label System This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Codonics Safe Label System. Please see attached Statement of Need to be able to provide the Lebanon VA Medical Center, located in Lebanon, PA. The full solicitation will be conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112 Surgical Medical Instrument Manufacturing; the size standard is 1000 employees. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract neither does it obligate the Government to pay for any quotes or proposal preparation costs.
