The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to Lifeline Medical Services. This is a bridge contract not to exceed six months. The Contractor shall provide all required labor, material, equipment and supervision of contractor personnel for both emergent and non-emergent ACLS/ALS/SCTU, and BLS ambulance services, 24-hours per day, 7 days per week (to include all federal holidays) for the CMCVAMC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
