These tables are used for surgeries provided by Orthopedic, Vascular, Urology, Gynecology, General Surgery, Podiatry, and Oral Surgeons in Wilmington VAMC. OBJECTIVE: The Wilmington VAMC wishes to procure (4) STERIS 4095 Operating Room Tables. The period of performance requested for this acquisition is one-time purchase. The facility requests the ability to exercise up to zero option renewals. This need for this acquisition is determined to be routine and can be awarded within designated Contracting timeframes.
